Quality & Testing
All units underwent extended temperature rise testing at 50°C ambient to verify performance under extreme conditions. Lightning impulse tests at 480kV (LI) and partial discharge measurements were conducted for every unit. Sand and dust ingress testing verified the sealing systems.
Delivery & Installation
The transformers were shipped via sea freight from Tianjin to Dammam, with total delivery time of 10 weeks including production. HBTP dispatched a team of engineers to supervise installation and commissioning over a 3-month period.
Project Outcomes
