This enterprise data center supports critical financial services operations, requiring Tier III availability with concurrent maintainability. HBTP supplied its SCB12-series transformers, engineered specifically for enterprise data center applications. The high-quality CRGO silicon steel core with step-lap mitered joints minimizes no-load losses, while copper windings provide enhanced short-circuit withstand capability and long service life.

Quality & Testing

All units passed third-party witnessed testing by a TÜV-approved inspection body. Tests included no-load loss, load loss, impedance voltage, temperature rise, and sound level measurements. Smart sensor integration was verified during factory acceptance testing.

Delivery & Installation

The 15 units were delivered in phased shipments to minimize disruption during the data center's live migration. HBTP provided 24/7 on-call support during the critical cutover period.

Project Outcomes

All 15 transformers were successfully energized and are operating at rated capacity.
